One of Maine's hardest working bands (that's right, they do private parties and weddings), The Toughcats never fail to entertain and amaze. My own first exposure to the band was last summer, when they played our free midday concert series and it's been hard to forget their version of "Sheena Is A Punk Rocker" ever since.
