It's safe to say that the summer flew by for all of us here at SPACE. We welcomed artists from all over including Milan, San Fransisco and Philadelphia, not to mention the hundreds of friends and tourists rolling through town from the farthest reaches of the globe (or just the U.S). We celebrated our 10th birthday and got a chance to look back at all of the amazing things we have been able to do with the support of friends and our generous community.
As we transition from Printeresting and Amze Emmons' installation Rum Riot Press, which filled our annex with self published printed material through the second half of the summer, let's use this chance to look back at Amze's residency and the interactions he had with our creative local community. Take a look at his Dispatches from Maine blog series on Printeresting.org. It's a great insight into some of the talent we are lucky to know here in Maine. Here are some of his photos of SPACE:
Thanks for everything Amze and the Printeresting crew!
